VENKATA RAMA RAO KOTA The Court made the following: ORDER: Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in freezing/keeping the petitioner’s bank account on hold without any notice or authority, the present writ petition is filed. 2. On 20.08.2026, Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner’s account was 3 frozen for a little period and the same has been lifted, as such, nothing remains for adjudication. 3. As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on that day, the matter was adjourned to today. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4. In view of the same, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, as the petitioner’s bank account has already been defreezed by the respondents, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
