The Court had only directed the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of Annexure P-3 expeditiously. 2. Since, the respondents have considered and decided the case of the petitioner and passed an order on 21.01.2026, the mandate contained in the judgment has been fully complied with.
