This is an application under section 483 of BNSS, 2023 whereby the petitioner namely, Anil Barman has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Bongaigaon P.S Case No. 56/2026 u/s 103(1)/3(5) Page No.# 2/2 of BNS, 2023. 3. Today is 95 days of detention and no charge-sheet has been filed. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to default bail. 4. It is hereby directed that the petitioner, Anil Barman who is arrested in connection with Bongaigaon P.S Case No. 56/2026, shall be released on bail of Rs. 25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Bongaigaon.
