Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. The applicant-lady, who is in custody since 24.11.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Kanke P.S Case No.305/25(N), registered for the offence under Sections 111(2) of the BNS 2023 and Sections 20(b)(ii), 21(b), 22 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the recovery is not from the conscious possession of this applicant rather, she is residing with her husband. Whatever the crime has been committed, it may be by the husband and there is no material involving this applicant in the alleged crime. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that incriminating articles have been recovered from the house of this applicant. 6. Considering the above nature of crime, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is hereby, rejected. (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
