When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the contempt case, the respondents not proceeded further for laying any road through the petitioners’ land and still the petitioners’ land is intact within the possession of the petitioners. In view of the non-interference by the respondents pursuant to the order of this Court, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case.
