When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondents, submitted that based on the complaint, an enquiry had already been conducted and the same was closed. 3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is directed to obtain a copy of the closure report by approaching the competent Court, and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
