In this case, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No.182 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 302, 342, 323/34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The petitioner and others are accused of brutally killing the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2024 and he is accused in two more criminal cases. 4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
