Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that in case the petitioners’ application is not decided, the same shall be done. 5. For the said reasons, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondents to process and decide the petitioners’ application dated 04.10.2025 for transition to ITEP course within 10 days from today (if not already decided). 6. The prayers ‘A’ and ‘B’ are left open to be adjudicated in another case. 7. With these directions, the present petition is disposed of.
