The petitioners have preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.64/2026 registered at Police Station Namana, District Bundi for offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 333, 110, 189(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. [2026:RJ-JP:25539] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-9166/2026] 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is a specific allegation against the present petitioners only with regard to inflicting an injury on the right hand of the injured Uda Gurjar. He contends that the injury alleged to have been caused to the head was specifically mentioned in the FIR was attributed to the co-accused Satyanarayan. Petitioners are behind the bars since 02.06.2026 though two cases have been reported against petitoiner-Dharmraj, however, in both cases he is on bail. The investigation/trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, consequently, the bail application deserves to be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Dharmraj @ Dharma S/o Gopal, Satyanrayan S/o Gopal, Ramraj S/o Modulal and Ganesh S/o Ramkishan, be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that [2026:RJ-JP:25539] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-9166/2026] each of them shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
