Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following reliefs:- “It is, therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased enough to admit this Writ Petition, issue notice to Opp. Parties and after hearing from both parties, issue a Writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus or any other suitable form of writ, to a) Declare that, land acquisition proceeding under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of the Petitioner’s land measuring area Ac.0.03 dec. has lapsed by operation of Law, including U/s.24 (2) of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013. b) And further quash the acquisition notification under Annexure-3 and direct the Opp. Party to denotify the Petitioner land forthwith and further declared the Petitioner continues to be the Lawful owner in possession having absolute right, title & Interest. c) And further restrain the Opp. Parties for interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner’s land Annexure-1 Series from the proposed land acquisition schedule of properties under the Delta Irrigation Scheme for remodelling of p. 2 Distributary No.7 of Pattamundai Canal Project under Annexure-3 Series for the interest of Justice and fair play. And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions, writ/writs as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper giving complete Justice to the petitioner. And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 3. In course of hearing Ms. Sahu, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
