---- 05/22.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.194 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that by order dated 25.11.2025 the matter was sent for mediation between the parties before the Member Secretary, DLSA, Godda.

She submits pursuant to that mediation took place and mediation is successful and mediation report has been placed on record by the Mediator. She further submits that in terms of settlement anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that it appears that the matter has been settled.

In view of the above and considering that the mediation is successful and terms and conditions are annexed with the mediation report and how the amount has to be returned that has been disclosed in the said mediation report and in that view of the matter the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks by way of complying the terms and conditions of settlement and if the petitioners will comply the terms and conditions of the settlement the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
