The present Cr.MP under Section 482 fo the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in allowing the present petition and to quash the F.I.R. dated 18.10.2018, registered by the police of police station Durg (C.G.). (ANNEXURE P/1) as PuraniBhilai, Durg, District abuse of process of laws. This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the concerned Police Station to place the due, proper, free and fair investigation report before this Hon'ble Court in the instant case. Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit may also be granted in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned State counsel submits that in the present case, closure report has been submitted before the concerned competent Court. 4.
