Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. 10(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pass an order pertaining to grant of compassionate appointment of petitioner. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the application dated 28.03.2024 by the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. (iii) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit with regard to this case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted an application for grant of compassionate appointment on 28.03.2024 against PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 death of cousin brother who was working as Assistant Teacher (L.B.), which till date is not considered and decided. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the application which is enclosed along with writ petition is not in prescribed formate and therefore petitioner may submit an application in the prescribed formate as appended to the Consolidated Revised Instructions on Compassionate Appointment, 2013 and if such an application is submitted, it will be considered in accordance with law. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh application in the prescribed formate as per the guidelines and further direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the application at the earliest within specified time. 5. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh application in prescribed formate for grant of compassionate appointment along with supporting documents before Respondent No. 2 and if such an application is submitted, Respondent No. 2 shall consider and take decision on the application, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of application. 6.
