When learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with petitioner’s affidavit (Annexure P-6), learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with H.P. Panchayati Raj Act at an appropriate stage for redressal of petitioner’s grievance. 4. Granting such liberty, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
