From a perusal of the impugned notice issued by the first respondent, it is seen that the proposed survey pertains only to Survey No. 440/3H. The said notice has been issued pursuant to the application submitted by the fourth respondent, M.Saranya. It is not known as to why the petitioner has included other survey numbers in this Writ Petition when the impugned notice refers only to Survey No. 440/3H. 3.
