CMP(M) No.765 of 2026 Keeping in view the averments made in the application, duly supported by the affidavit of the official, delay of 126 days in filing the appeal is condoned. 2. Inter alia contends while referring to the Notification dated 27.08.2020 (Annexure R-VI), that approval was given by the Government for appointment of 372 eligible Jal Rakshaks [Water Guard the post of Pump Attendant (Class-IV) purely on contract basis], who were engaged through PRIs and had completed 12 years of service, as on 31.12.2019 and had fulfilled all the eligibility criteria as per provisions of R&P Rules of Pump Attendant. 5. It is submitted that granting the benefit from 01.01.2020 to the appellant by the learned Single Judge by calculating the period of 12 years of service, suffers from an error, since the post was created subsequently. 6. Issue notice to the respondent, on taking steps within one week, returnable within four weeks. Accordingly, the proceedings are deferred for 21.07.2026. CMPST No.26508 of 2026 7. Execution and operation of the impugned judgment dated 02.09.2025, passed in CWP No.8987 of 2025, titled Manmohan Vs.
