In view of the efficacious statutory remedy available to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition at this stage. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him under Section 175(3) of the B.N.S.S., in accordance with law.
