Petitioner and Respondent No.2 are present. 3. Sri P.V.N.Kiran Kumar, learned Counsel, is appointed as the Mediator in this case. 4. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to issue the necessary proceedings in this regard. 5. In view of the Mediator's report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thamballapalle, in C.C.No.31 of 2016, dated 06.08.2016, as confirmed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle, in Crl.A.No.348 of 2016, dated 29.11.2019, are hereby set aside. As a result, the Petitioner/Accused is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C’. Respondent No.2 is at liberty to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- deposited by the Petitioner/Accused before the learned Trial Court without furnishing any surety. The remaining amount of Rs.40,000/- deposited by the Petitioner shall be returned to the Petitioner without insisting upon any surety. There shall be no order as to costs.
