---- 2/16.01.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State.

This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Bishrampur PS Case no.51 of 2025, registered for the offence under sections 64(1) and 62 BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate Palamau.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that falsely the petitioner has been implicated in this case and the only allegation is made against the petitioner of caught holding the informant. He further submits that apart from that, there is no allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 12.9.2025 and the charge sheet has already been submitted now.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner and submits that allegation of molestation is there.

Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that allegation to caught hold is there against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 12.9.2025 and now the charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby
directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Palamau, in connection with Bishrampur PS Case no.51 of 2025.
