So far notice is not issued to the respondent as the petitioner has failed to pay the process. An interim order was granted on 09.02.2023 and the same is extended on 27.04.2026. 2. On 27.04.2026 as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter is directed to be listed for ‘dismissal’ on 28.04.2026. Today also there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. If the petitioner’s are aggrieved by any of the steps taken by the Bank, the remedy is before the DRT. 3. Accordingly this court is passing the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedy before the DRT within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. ii.
