In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the authorities on 04.12.2025 to the effect that since there was surplus in the academic year, in which the writ petitioner was appointed, they cannot approve the appointment of the writ petitioner. 3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner, in the subsequent academic year, there is no surplus and the name of the petitioner could be considered.
