In compliance with the orders of this Court, the Management has passed orders revoking the order of suspension and permitted him to retire. The proposal for disbursement of terminal benefits has also been forwarded to the educational authorities, who in turn, have forwarded the same to the Accountant General's Office on 13.01.2026. 3.
