(3) Since the loan taken by the petitioner was a government sponsored loan, as pointed out by learned State Counsel, therefore, this Court do not find any infirmity in the recovery certificate issued by the bank, pursuant to which Tehsildar has issued the recovery citation. Thus the writ petition fails and is dismissed.
