disposed of by this common order with the consent of the
learned counsel for the parties.
2.
These two applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Buguda PS Case No.333 of 2025 corresponding to ST Case No.166 of 2025 arising out of GR Case No.320 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Addl. 3.
Heard, Mr. Jyotirmaya Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioners in both the bail applications and Mr. M.R. Patra, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record.
4.
After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences p. 2 as alleged against the Petitioners vis-à-vis the accusation sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the Petitioners in custody since 20.05.2025 with submission of charge-sheet in the meantime and the present petitioners being the brother-in-laws of the deceased, but not the husband of the deceased and the deceased being found suffering from kidney disease prior to her death and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the inherent right of the accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial and trial having not yet concluded with examination of only five witnesses, who have not supported the prosecution allegation against the petitioners and keeping in view grant of bail to co- accused Bijaya Malik in BLAPL No.9994 of 2025, this Court without expressing any view on merit admits each of the petitioners to bail.
