The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No. 196 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(2), 109(1), 324(2), 333, 352 and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, the altercation took place, for that there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received simple injuries. He next submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para- 13 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have received simple injuries and further the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-13 of the petition, I am inclined to [2026:JHHC:1186] -2- grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Kunda P.S.
