The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 11510 of 2023, registered under section 33(C) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and Section 3(A) of the Forest Conservation Act, 1980, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. The matter is arising out of complaint case and on query made by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that non-bailable warrant of arrest has not been issued. 4. It appears that petitioner has no apprehension of arrest. As such this anticipatory bail application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to comply the summon order.
