This is an application 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 135 days in filing of the revision petition against the judgment and order dated 04.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Goalpara in Criminal Appeal No.41/2019. It is seen from the records that notice on the respondent No.2 has already been served on 24.04.2026. However, none appeared for the respondent No.2 when the matter was taken up today. Being satisfied, taking into account, the explanation provided in the Interlocutory Application, this Court is of the opinion that the delay of 135 days should be condoned.
