Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. By the present writ petition the petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent authorities for intra- District transfer to a school nearby to the place of her residence. 3. Ms. Rama Halder, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipur, respondent no.4 has already passed the order of transfer in favour of the petitioner. As such, the writ petition has become infructuous. She files copy of the Office Memo being No.1084/JGM/DPSC/25 dated 15th September, 2025, of 2 Chairman, Jhargram District Primary School Council which is taken on record. 4. In view of submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA 19835 of 2025 stands dismissed as being infructuous. 5. Consequently, connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 6. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
