The petitioner is an accused in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 68 of 2023. The petitioner is alleged to have committed rape upon the informant. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. It has further been submitted that initially the First Information Report was lodged but since the police did not find any culpability of the petitioner in the commission of rape final form was submitted and on a protest petition having been filed by the informant, which was treated as a complaint petition, cognizance was taken against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the First Information Report ended in submission of final form and filing of a protest-cum- complaint petition by the informant, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III- cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribag in connection with Spl.
