Appeal No. 1 of 2009 by order dated 23.04.2011, inter alia, with the following observation:- “In view of the above fact, I am inclined to set aside the orders passed in Resumption Case No. 118/01. In result, this appeal is allowed. The lower Court is directed to dispose of the case after hearing the appellants. The matter is remanded back to the lower Court to dispose of the case in accordance with law within a reasonable period. Inform the lower Court accordingly and return the LCR.” 3. It is submitted that no action has been taken to implement the aforesaid order even till date. Several representations have been submitted by the petitioners before the Tahasildar, Khordha, but to no avail. 4. Since the direction was to implement the order within a reasonable period, there is no reason why the matter has remained pending for nearly fifteen years. The writ petition is therefore, Order No. 1. p. 2 disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Khordha to implement the order dated 23.04.2011 passed in the above mentioned appeal without any further delay and in any case not later than four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners.
