This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with NCB Crime No. 04/ NCB/BBSR/2026 corresponding to Special Case No.86 of 2026 pending in the file of learned Sessions- cum-Special Judge, Balasore for commission of offences punishable U/S.8(c) r/w Sections 22(c)/28/29 of the NDPS Act, on the main allegation of possessing two carton box of Pentazocine Lactate Injection containing 6000ml which is equivalent to 6000 grams of pentazocine lactane. 3. Heard, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Jnyanananda Panda, learned CGC in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into account the nature and gravity of offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the recovery and seizure of 6000ml (6000 grams) of pentazocine injection, which is much more than the commercial quantity allegedly from the possession of the Petitioner and his consequent failure of the Petitioner to satisfy the conditions of Sec. 37 of NDPS Act, which is sine qua non for grant of bail to an accused under NDPS Act involving commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the learned trial Court. (G.
