Petitioners are claiming family pension which has yet not been released to them despite several requests. 4. Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have moved an application to respondent no.2- Director General, Directorate, ITBP, New Delhi. The said application was filed some time in the month of May, 2026. Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that the said application is pending and if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to take a decision on such application within a time bound manner, ends of justice would be met. 5. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 5 have no objection if such a relief is granted to petitioners. 6. Accordingly, instant writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to take a decision on the application moved by petitioners (Annexure No.8 to this UKHC010144592026 2026:UHC:7283 petition), strictly in accordance with the rules, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 7.
