This Court had earlier directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs only) to the credit of C.C. No. 1381 of 2025, arising out of Crime No. 24 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No. IV, Thoothukudi District. However, the petitioner has failed to deposit the said amount and has also not produced any sale deed corresponding to the value of the transaction. 3. In view of the above, the interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 28.11.2025 stands vacated. Consequently, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
