The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Section 309(6) of B.N.S. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and there are no eye witnesses to the alleged incident. Further, petitioner is not named in the FIR and he is languishing in custody since 07.08.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking the period of custody; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 53 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
