In terms of representation at Annexure-E, petitioner has made a request with the respondent - Authorities to consider his entitlement of compensation. 3. Sri. H. L.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent - KIADB submits that the award is not yet passed and the entitlement of the petitioner is not yet crystalised. It is further submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered as per law at an appropriate stage of the proceedings. 4. In light of such stand, respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders regarding the entitlement of the petitioner at the appropriate stage of acquisition proceedings. All contentions on merits are kept open.
