JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER Petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation at Annexure-E dated 06.04.2026. Insofar as the prayer (b) is concerned, petitioner has filed a memo and submits that he does not intend to press such relief for the present.

2. In terms of representation at Annexure-E, petitioner has made a request with the respondent - Authorities to consider his entitlement of compensation.
3. Sri. H. L.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent - KIADB submits that the award is not yet passed and the entitlement of the petitioner is not yet crystalised. It is further submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered as per law at an appropriate stage of the proceedings.
4. In light of such stand, respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders regarding the entitlement of the petitioner at the appropriate stage of acquisition proceedings. All
contentions on merits are kept open. Petitioners to make out clarifications and furnish documents as may be required while the respondents are also at liberty to respond to the revenue department in the event any
