Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and has drawn the attention of the court to the statement of the victim as well as the other attending witnesses. I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary and I direct that the petitioner would be released on bail by the learned Special Court after the 2 evidence of the victim is complete on such terms and conditions as the learned Special Court deems fit for ensuring further appearance of the petitioner.
