The Court had issued notice on 8th May, 2026. 3. Today learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 25.09.2025 as addressed by Financial Advisor & C.A.O Himachal Road Transport Corporation Shimla, to the Branch Manager, Jogindera Co-operative Bank Ltd. Barotiwala, District Solan, H.P. As per the same a sum of Rs. 32346/- has been ordered to be disbursed to the present petitioner being full payment on account of due and admissible arrears of DA/IR in terms of judgment passed by this Court. 4. Consequently, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is according closed.
