Respondents --------- CORAM: HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR --------- For the Petitioner: In Person For the State: Mr. Sachin Kumar, AAG-II For the JPSC: Mr. Sanjoy Piprawall, Advocate Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, Advocate Mr. Prince Kumar, Advocate --------- 02/Dated: 19.01.2026 M. S. Sonak, C.J.(Oral) 1. Upon hearing Mr. Rameshwar Singh (petitioner-in-person), Mr. Sachin Kumar, learned A.A.G.-II and Mr. Sanjoy Piprawall, the learned counsel for the JPSC, but without accepting any of the allegations made by the petitioner against his lawyer Ms. Seema Kashyap, solely in interest of justice and with a view not to precipitate matters, we recall our order of 17.09.2025 and restore W.P. (S) No.169 of 2025 to our file. 2. In this case, we also note that it was not very proper for Mr. Rameshwar Singh, who is himself an advocate to make allegations against Neutral Citation No. 2026:JHHC:1330-DB his own colleague for getting restoration of this petition. This is, at highest, a case of some communication gap and the petitioner should have fairly pointed out that this was so based upon which, we would have always considered petitioner’s request in the right spirit. But this tendency of making reckless allegations, is not something which we appreciate. 3. However, now, Mr. Rameshwar Singh has made a statement before us that he will be withdrawing the complaint made by him against Ms. Seema Kashyap to the State Bar Council. He says that a letter to this effect will be written to the Jharkhand State Bar Council within a week from today. 4. In any event, he says that he will have no objection if based on this order itself, the complaint is disposed of by the Jharkhand State Bar Council. He also agrees that all this was a result of some communication gap. 5. Considering the above circumstances and in interest of justice, we recall our order dated 17.09.2025 and restore the writ petition to our file. 6. Place the writ petition for admission/interim reliefs on 9th of February 2026. 7. This C.M.P. No. 1110 of 2025 is disposed of. (M. S. Sonak, C.J.) (Rajesh Shankar, J.) January 19 , 2026 N.A.F.R.
