Learned Government Pleader for Services IV appearing for respondents filed counter stating that petitioner was reinstated into service pursuant to the proceedings in Rc.No.2573/E3/GMC/ONG/2022, dated 30.01.2023 as Assistant Electrician in Government Medical College, Ongole and placed the said proceedings also to that effect. 4. Learned counsel on either side requested this Court to dispose of the writ petition by making the interim order dated 04.01.2023 as absolute in view of the reinstatement of the petitioner.
