JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL COMMON ORDER In Writ Petition No.7825/2026, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:
" 1. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other directions or orders to the 1st respondent to fix the pay of the petitioners in minimum of pay scale of the regular pay scale of their respective posts as per their representations dated 15.09.2025, 09.10.2025 and 13.08.2025 respectively produced at Annexure-H, J and K and extend all the benefits extended to the regular employees in terms of Employees Service Conditions Regulations of respondent Banks. 2. Grant such other relief or reliefs deems fit to grant in the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice." In Writ Petition No.4806/2026, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:
" 1. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other directions or orders to respondents 1 to 4 to fix the pay of the petitioners in minimum of pay scale of the regular pay scale of their respective posts as per their representations dated 06.10.2026, 14.01.2026, 23.01.2026, 23.01.2026 and 27.01.2026 respectively produced at Annexure-J, K, L, M and N and extend all the benefits extended to the regular employees in terms of Employees Service Conditions Regulations of respondent Banks. 2. Grant such other relief or reliefs deems fit to grant in the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice."

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations 15.09.2025, 09.10.2025 and 13.08.2025, at Annexures-H, J and K (in Writ Petition No.7825/2026), and representations dated 06.01.2026, 14.01.2026, 23.01.2026, 23.01.2026 and 27.01.2026, at Annexures-J, K, L, M and N (in Writ Petition No.4806/2026), submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by the respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petitions. 4.
Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations 15.09.2025, 09.10.2025 and 13.08.2025, at Annexures-H, J and K (in Writ Petition No.7825/2026), and
