That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities particularly the respondent No.1 to decide the departmental appeal of petitioner dated 09.03.2026, which is pending consideration in stipulated period of time. 10.2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem-fit and appropriate. ” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner against the order of compulsory retirement, passed against her by respondent No.3, had submitted an appeal as provided under the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 before the respondent No.1 on 09.03.2026 which is pending consideration. He also submits that petitioner is facing financial crises as the pension and other retiral dues has also been reduced drastically in the form of punishment, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.1 to consider and take decision on pending appeal within a fixed time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that as petitioner is only seeking a direction to consider and take decision on appeal filed by him, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of, directing the respondent No.1 to consider and take decision on appeal 3 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
