The petitioner-Aaina Iram has not disclosed the very essential facts about her marital status which has a bearing with respect to her claim for appointment as Anganwadi Helper, be it in substitution of the Anganwadi Helper already working but demising in the course of engagement or the said Anganwadi Helper happening to be the mother of the deceased. 02. The petitioner was supposed to disclose this fact on her own volition instead of being put to a query by this Court to come up with an answer that yes, the petitioner is married. 03. This Court allows the petitioner’s counsel to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one with proper averments Serial No. 87 Supplementary List-I 2 WP(C) No. 1247/2026 CM No. 2717/2026 related to the marital status of the petitioner, her matrimonial household and date of marriage for enabling this Court to have the context in which the petitioner is seeking compassionate appointment as Anganwadi Helper for Anganwadi Centre in Ward No. 1, Plera Khas tehsil Mandi district Poonch. 04. This petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, provided a certified copy of this petition along with the present order accompanies the fresh writ petition to be filed by the petitioner.
