P.P. 02/ 02.02.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bashishtnagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, registered under section 20(a) of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge NDPS Cases, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegations are made of cultivation of cannabis. She next submits that the land is not belonging to the petitioner. She further submits that the petitioner is residing in Orissa where he is doing job and to buttress this argument she refers to Annexure-2 series which is Identity Card and Training Paper. She also submits that four of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6155 of 2025. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of cultivation of cannabis. 5. Considering that petitioner is residing in Orissa which is fortified in the light of Annexure-2 series which is Identity Card and Training Paper, even the land is of the petitioner, is denied by the learned counsel for the ( 2026:JHHC:2554 ) petitioner and four of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge NDPS Cases, Chatra, in connection with Bashishtnagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.02.02.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
