January 7, 2026 AD 297 Ct. 28 SG CPAN 80 of 2025 in WPA 9130 of 2022 Dr. Kamlesh @ Kamlesh Jain vs. Sanjoy Chattopadhyay and another Mr. Krishna Das Poddar Ms. Mandira Barman … for the petitioner. Mr. Swapan Kumar Dutta, Sr. Adv. Ms. Tuhina Parvin … for the State Mr. Suman Basu … for the alleged contemnor No.2. Copy of an order dated 27.01.2025 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, as filed in Court, is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the order has already been complied with and necessary directions have been issued in this regard. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court has been implemented, I do not find any reason to pass any further order in this regard. However, the petitioner shall obviously be at liberty to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum, if 2 he is aggrieved with the order passed by the concerned authority. With these observations, the contempt application is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
