This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail to the accused applicants in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 113/2026 under Sections 61(2)/118(2)/109 of the BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the charge-sheet in the instant case, being Charge-sheet No. 234/2026 dated 30.06.2026, has already been submitted. 4. Mr. Talukdar, learned counsel for the accused applicant, submits that in view of the submission of the charge-sheet, the accused applicant may be permitted to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. He further submits that since the accused applicant was granted interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 24.04.2026, the same should be extended till his appearance before the jurisdictional Court. 5. Taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Court and seek appropriate relief within a period of 3 (three) from today.
