This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused applicant Abdul Hamid @ Hamed Ali in connection with Bilasipara P.S. Case No.99/2026 (GR NO.160/26 under Section 64(1) BNS read with Section 6 of POCSO Act. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet in the case has already been filed vide Charge-Sheet No.142/2026 dated 27.05.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he should be given liberty to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate remedy. 5.
