Pande, learned counsel for the appellant-Commission has placed on record, the instructions received by him from the Secretary of the Commission dated 18.08.2026, wherein it is stated that in the fresh requisition sent by the State Government, the posts in dispute have not been included and, therefore, the Commission has now decided to complete the recruitment process in relation to the posts in dispute.
