This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused persons namely 1. Sri Prasanjit Shil and 2. Sri Sailesh Roy in connection Paltan Bazar Police Station Case No.129/2026 under Section 21(b)/28/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Amendment) Act 2014 and under Sections 115(2)/127(7)/308(1)/62/3(5) BNS, 2023. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet has already been filed vide Charge-sheet No.116/2026 dated 30.06.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he should be given liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. 5.
