There is no representation for the writ petitioner. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the vacate stay petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is a common cadre employee and he has been transferred from B Class Society to another B class Society and that too by a Common Cadre Authority. 5.This Court is satisfied with the reply of the vacate stay petitioner and accordingly, the interim order granted by this Court is vacated.
