A letter has been received from Hon'ble Justice Mr. Nagendra Kumar Jain, Former Chief Justice, Madras and Karnataka High Court that he is not doing arbitration work and would not be able to do arbitration. 2. Since his consent has not been received, this Court directs appointment of Hon'ble Mr. Justice N.K. Jain-I, Former Chief Justice, Sikkim High Court, R/o 368, Mahaveer Nagar, Tonk Road, Durgapura, Jaipur to act as the Sole Arbitrator and to decide all issues without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the present arbitration proceedings. The arbitration fee shall be determined in accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Act of [2026:RJ-JP:24905] (2 of 2) [ARBAP-125/2024] 1996, as amended. The fee of the Arbitrator will be equally borne by both the parties. The place of arbitration shall be at Jaipur. 4. The Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings as per the time limit specified under Section 29A of the Act of 1996. 5. Copy of this order is to be sent to the appointed Sole Arbitrator.
